Responsibilities
The Human Resources area is responsible for:
- Human resource planning / budgeting
- Recruitment / selection
- Personnel policy development and enforcement
- Administrative investigations as directed
- Job analysis and classification
- Compensation and pay plan administration
- Maintenance of all personnel records (including both on line and hard copy files of all personnel actions, pay and deduction records)
- Retirement plan administration
- Group health plan and flexible spending plan administration
- Deferred compensation plan administration
- Employee orientation programs
- General training programs
- Volunteer program
