We will be moving to new utility billing software and adding a new Customer Portal starting March 30, 2020. In order for our Customer Service team to transition to the new system, all forms of payment will stop being accepted on Friday, March 27, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. Citizens will be able to pay bills again on March 31, 2020.
