Hours of operation for the City of Midland drive-through and walk-up customer service windows (utility billing) have changed. The new hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Customers may pay online at www.midlandtexas.gov anytime via credit card or re-occurring auto-draft.
