Midland police have located a Midland woman who was reported missing after she was last seen leaving her home Sunday morning.
Shaily Patel, 22, returned her residence shortly after her disappearance was announced to the public and news media. Officials confirmed that she had been found at approximately 6:40 p.m. Sunday; she had not been seen since approximately 8 a.m. the same day.
The Midland Police Department releases the announcement of a missing person on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances surrounding the case.
