The Midland Police Department will promote three employees during a ceremony at 3 p.m. on Thursday, May 1 in the third floor classroom of the Midland Police Department (601 N. Loraine).
• Detective Chris Lummus will be promoted to Sergeant and will supervise the White Collar Unit in the Investigative Services Bureau.
• Officer Michael Nickell will be promoted to Sergeant and will transfer from K-9 to patrol.• Detective Rosemary Sharp will be promoted to Sergeant and will transfer from the Investigative Services Bureau to the Field Operations Bureau.
