[ARCHIVED] Dogs invited to City pool for Soggy Doggy Splash Day

Soggy Doggy Splash Day

Midland dogs are invited to take a dive into Doug Russell Pool (900 N. Midland Dr.) from 3 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 16.

Soggy Doggy Splash Day, which will be hosted by City of Midland's Parks and Recreation Division, is a free event and will mark the final day of pool season for Doug Russell Pool. Washington Aquatic Center (1601 E. Indiana Ave.) will remain open through Sunday, Aug. 17.

Midland Animal Services will also be in attendance and offer $10 microchips.

This event is for non-aggressive dogs only. Dogs must be kept under control by owners at all times.
