Lamesa Road Pedestrian Access Improvement
The Contractor working for the City of Midland is installing sidewalks along the west side of Lamesa Road south of Scharbauer Drive. Lane closures will be used along Lamesa Road between Parker Avenue and Cuthbert Avenue. All properties adjacent to the work zone will remain accessible.
COMPASS: City-Wide Paving:
The Contractor working for the City of Midland will continue construction of sidewalk and drainage improvements along Idlewilde Drive east of Bush Elementary School the week of November 11. In addition, the Contractor will begin rough grading Stokes Avenue east of Big Spring Street later this month. Two-way traffic will be maintained at all times, and all properties will remain accessible.
Ranger Street and Boyd Avenue Drainage Improvements
The City of Midland Transportation Division will continue a drainage improvement project the Ranger Street and Boyd Avenue intersection the week of November 11. During the project, the 1700 block of Ranger Street will be closed to through traffic. All properties will remain accessible during the project.
