[ARCHIVED] 80's Costume 5K and Disco Fun Run to benefit West Texas Food Bank

Midlanders are invited to celebrate Arbor Day with the Midland Youth Advisory Council in an 80’s Costume 5K and Disco Fun Run benefiting the West Texas Food Bank.

The 80’s Costume 5K and Disco Fun Run will be held on Saturday, May 2 at the Petroleum Museum (1500 W. Interstate 20). Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m., and the race will begin at 8:30 a.m. The entry fee is either $10 or 10 canned food items. The race will be a chip timed event.

The City of Midland will give away 1,000 tree seedlings, and the Petroleum Museum will be hosting a car show during the event.
