[ARCHIVED] U.S. Marshals searching for woman recently reported missing to MPD

An arrest warrant has been issued for a Midland woman who was recently reported missing to the Midland Police Department.

The U.S. Marshals Service is searching for 53-year-old Judy K. Francis, who has also gone by the alias Judy K. Fryar. Family members reported Francis missing on Tuesday, July 7, and she is now suspected to be voluntarily missing to avoid prosecution. Francis was scheduled to appear Thursday in federal court on charges of wire fraud.

Francis is described as a white female with blonde hair and blue eyes who stands at approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall. Francis is believed to be driving a black Ford F-150 truck with TX license plate number DRX O435, and she was possibly seen in the Lubbock area.

Any individuals with information leading to Francis’ whereabouts are asked to call Midland Crime Stoppers at 432-694-TIPS (8477) or the Midland Police Department at 432-685-7108.
