[ARCHIVED] Kids have opportunity to punt, pass and kick their way to AT&T Stadium

Boys and girls ages 6-15 will have the opportunity to exhibit their football skills when the City of Midland Parks and Recreation Division hosts the National Football League's Punt, Pass & Kick competition on Wednesday, September 30.

This free event will take place from 6 to 8 p.m.at the Greater Midland Youth Football Fields located at C.J. Kelly Park behind Lowe’s.

The NFL Punt, Pass & Kick football competition allows youngsters to showcase their talents in punting, passing and kicking with scores based on distance and accuracy.

The top finishers from each of age group at the local competition will advance to a sectional competition in Lubbock. Winners at the sectional competition will have their scores compared with other sectional champions. The top four scorers from the pool of sectional champions advance to the team championship to be held at AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys.
