ORIGINAL POST: Midland police are searching for 16-year-old Ivan James, who was last seen at 6 p.m. Thursday at his residence in the 4500 block of St. Andrews.
James has a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects his mental capacity. He is a Hispanic male standing at approximately 5'6"-5'7" with a buzz cut and was last seen wearing red fleece pants and a red, collared polo shirt. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call the Midland Police Department at 432-685-7108.
