Holidays are the busiest time of year for the City of Midland’s Solid Waste department, and officials are asking for your cooperation and patience in helping their operations run smoothly.
Due to the holiday, trash pickup, landfill, and Citizens Collection Station services will be closed on Dec. 24 and 25, as well as Jan. 1. Areas that have rollout carts will be collected on regularly scheduled days both weeks.
The city asks that residents be patient as Solid Waste containers reach capacity and hold their trash if necessary. Any solid waste left outside containers will be considered litter. Learn more about how you make Midland a cleaner place to live this Christmas.
