The City of Midland's Parks & Recreation Division will host its fourth annual Halloweenfest from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, October 27 at the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center (2300 Butternut Lane) to provide a free, safe trick or treat event for the community.
Other family activities at the event will include face painting, movies, jumpers, music and costume Zumba.
