ORIGINAL POST: All lanes on Rankin Highway have been closed to traffic under Interstate 20, where a tractor trailer is currently suspended between the two bridges.
Interstate 20 is reduced to one lane of traffic in either direction at this location.
The road closure is expected to last for at least a few more hours as first responders process the scene of the accident. The investigation into the accident, which occurred around 1:24 p.m. Wednesday, is ongoing and no injuries were reported.
