The Midland Police Department invites members of the community to come and enjoy coffee and conversation with officers from 7:30-9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 26 at Loncheria Rio Bravo (1109 E Front St.).
The event aims to encourage residents to build relationships with their local police department and discuss community issues in a neutral and informal setting. "Café Y Conversación" breaks down barriers and allows for a relaxed, one-on-one interaction.
