A Midland man was arrested after a 5-month-old was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries late Wednesday evening.
Midland Police Department arrested 28-year-old Timothy Allen Penn for injury to a child early this morning after he stated to officers that he struck the child multiple times. The child sustained several serious injuries and is currently in critical condition.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
