The City of Midland will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, October 24th to gather input on proposed changes to Dennis the Menace Park.
The meeting will be held from 6:00 – 7:30 PM in Council Chambers at City Hall, 300 N. Loraine St., and is an opportunity for the public to share their memories of the past and visions for the future of this iconic park.
First constructed in the 1950s, renovations are planned to keep the park enjoyable, safe, and fun for future generations. Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, project consultants, have held one public meeting prior this time where they gathered citizen input and ideas. At the upcoming meeting, the consultants will share how feedback was incorporated into plans for the renovation.
