City of Midland offices will be closed on Monday, September 3 in observance of Labor Day. The City will resume normal business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) on Tuesday, September 5.
Garbage collection will operate on a 1-day delay schedule: Monday routes will be picked up on Tuesday, Tuesday routes will be picked up on Wednesday. The Citizens Collection Station and Landfill will be closed Monday and reopen Tuesday.
