ADMINSTRATIVE SERVICES INTERIM DIRECTOR


David Hunter serves as the Administrative Services Interim Director. 

Hunter is responsible for the administration of employee development, recognition and suggestion programs, employee communications, and assisting with budget preparation and other policy and program initiatives of the City Manager’s office.

HUMAN RESOURCES


The Human Resources area is responsible for human resource planning/budgeting, recruitment/selection, personnel policy development and enforcement, job analysis and classification, compensation and pay plan administration, maintenance of all personnel records (including both on line and hard copy files of all personnel actions, pay and deduction records), retirement plan administration, group health plan and flexible spending plan administration, deferred compensation plan administration, employee orientation programs, general training programs and the volunteer program. Stephanie Young, Human Resources Manager, heads up this area.  Ms. Young holds a Bachelor of Science from Angelo State University.  She is a member of the national Society of Human Resources Management, the Permian Basin Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management and the Texas Municipal Human Resources Association.  Her direct number is 685-7250.

The Employee Health and Wellness area is responsible for employee health and wellness programs, FMLA administration, employee education and Workers Compensation.
