Owners of lost animals must visit the shelter for positive identification. Shelter employees are not permitted to discuss untagged pets over the telephone because without proper identification, we cannot positively identify your pet.

All animals released to their owners must be vaccinated prior to release.
-
All fees must be paid in full.

Special consideration will be given to animals that are licensed prior to transport to the shelter. Animal Services Officers will make an attempt to contact and return pets to owners from information provided on a current license tag.
-
Reduced fees apply to surgically altered animals.
