WATER RATES
Each year the water and sewer rates are reviewed to insure that adequate revenue will be generated to cover projected costs and meet covenants of Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds. Some of the major costs incurred are the purchase of untreated water and to cover debt payments. Currently, water and sewer rates are as follows:
Effective October 1, 2009, the City of Midland adopted the new water rate structure as follows:

No payment will be considered delinquent until after the due date. If a payment becomes delinquent, an additional five percent (5%) late fee shall be charged.
