FIELD NOTES OF A 318.553 ACRE TRACT OF LAND OUT OF SECTION 13, BLOCK 40, T-1-S, T & P RR COMPANY SURVEY, MIDLAND COUNTY, TEXAS:
BEGINNING at a found 5/8-inch iron rod in the common corners of Sections 12 and 13, Block 40, T-1-S, T & P RR Company Survey, Midland County, Texas and the southwest corner of Section 7, Block 39, T-1-S, T & P RR Company, Midland County, Texas and the northwest corner of Section 7, Block "X", H.P. Hilliard Survey, Midland County, Texas, in the southwest corner of the Correction Plat of Green Tree North, as recorded in Cabinet "C", Page 149, Midland County Plat Records and in the northeast corner of Green Tree Country Club Estates, as recorded in Cabinet "C", Page 38, Midland County Plat Records, for the northeast corner this tract;
THENCE S 13°20'47" E, along the eastern boundary of said Section 13, 5291.15 feet to a found railroad spike, located in the southeast corner of said Section 13 and the northeast corner of Section 24, Block 40, T-1-S, T & P RR Company Survey, Midland County, Texas, and the southwest corner of said Section 7, Block "X", and the northwest corner of Section 6, Block "X", H.P. Hilliard Survey, Midland County, Texas and in the southwest corner of Green Hill Terrace, as recorded in Cabinet "A", Page 26, Midland County Plat Records, for the southeast corner this tract;
THENCE S 76°27'08" W, along the common boundaries of said Section 13 and 24, 2620.96 feet to a 1/2-inch iron rod with cap marked "West Co. Midland" set in the eastern boundary of a Texas Electric Service Company property as recorded in Volume 765, Page 70, Midland County Deed Records, for the southwest corner this tract;
THENCE N 13°21 '16" W, along the eastern boundary of said Texas Electric Service Company tract, 5295.97 feet to a 1/2-inch iron rod with cap marked "West Co. Midland" set in the common boundaries of said Sections 12 and 13, for the northwest corner this tract;
THENCE N 76°33'28" E, along the common boundaries of said Sections 12 and 13, 2621.71 feet to the Place of Beginning and containing 318.553 acres of land.

Metes and Bounds Description For An 82.26 Acre Tract Out of SE/4 of Section 14, Block 40, T-1-S, T&P Railway Co. Survey, Midland County, Texas
Being an 82.26 acre tract of land out of the SE/4 of Section 14, Block 40, T-1-S, T&P Railway Company Survey, Midland, Texas and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2" iron rod for the southeast corner of Section 14, Block 40, T-1-S, T&P, RR Co. Survey, Midland County, Texas, said point also being the southwest corner of Section 13, Block 40, T-1-S, T&P RR Co. Survey, Midland, Texas;
THENCE North 15° 22' W along the East line of said Section 14 and being the common West line of said Section 13, a distance of 2649.6 feet to a 1/2" iron rod for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South 74° 27' 30" West a distance of 1,351.80 feet to a 1/2" iron rod for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE South 15° 21' East a distance of 2,650.15 feet to a 1/2" iron rod in the South section line of the said Section 14 being common North line of Section 23, Block 40, T -1-S, T &P R Co. Survey, Midland Co. Texas;
THENCE North 74° 26' East along the South section line of said Section 14 and the North Section line of said Section 23 and passing the Northeast corner of said Section 23 and a total distance of 1352.57 feet to the Southeast corner of said Section 14 and the PLACE OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING 3,583,075.1 square feet or 82.26 acres, more or less.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION of a 0.12 acre tract of land Situated in the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Block 40, T-I-S, T. & P. R.R. Co. Survey Midland County, Texas
Subject tract being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of the herein described tract a point in the South line of said Section 14 at the Southwest corner of a 82.26 acre tract of land from which a found iron rod bears N 74° 26' 00" E a distance of 2.1 feet and a iron rod found at the Southeast corner of said Section 14 bears N 74° 26' 00" E a distance of 1352.32 feet;
THENCE S 75° 26' 00" W with the South line of said Section 14 a distance of 77.01 feet to the Southwest corner of the herein described tract a point in the East right of way line of Midland County Road 1242;
THENCE N 14° 33' 51" W with the East right of way fence line of said County Road 1242 a distance of 70.00 feet to the Northwest corner of the herein described tract a point in the North right of way fence line of Midland County Road 50
THENCE N 75° 26' 00" E a distance of 74.91 feet to the Northeast corner of the herein described tract a point in the West line of said 82.26 acre tract;
THENCE S 15°21 '00" E a distance of 70.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
