The GIS Division is responsible for the City of Midland GIS database.  The division provides timely and accurate geographic data, maps and custom applications to city employees and the general public.  The division also provides GIS training and support services to end users in multiple city departments and other outside agencies.  Some examples of GIS data layers available include:  property boundaries, infrastructure assets, administrative districts, etc.
