FIRE MARSHAL'S OFFICE

The Midland Fire Marshals office has a staff of seven certified Fire Inspectors/Fire and Arson investigators and one secretarial position.  The main goal of this office is to save lives and property by reducing the occurrence of fires within the City of Midland through education, inspections, investigation and code enforcement.  The City of Midland has adopted the 2009 edition of the International Fire codes.

This office conducts numerous fire and life safety inspections every year and is available by request to conduct home inspections.  Call our office to schedule an inspection or to receive more information at 432-685-7333.

Our office also provides hands on fire safety training for all age groups.  This includes school visits, special interest group programs, fire extinguisher training for companies large or small, fire evacuation, and of course fire prevention education.  For further information and/or questions please contact the Fire Marshal’s office at (432) 685-7333 Monday thru Friday, 8-5 P.M.
