Immunizations

All children need to be protected from serious childhood diseases.  Immunizations can help protect children from Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Tetanus, Diptheria, Pertussis, Polio, Haemophilus Inflenzae b, Hepatitis B, and Chickenpox.

 A parent or guardian must accompany children under the age of eighteen and they must have their shot records.
