The Midland Health and Senior Services mission is to promote and assure the health and well-being of the citizens of the City and County of Midland.

NO ONE WILL BE DENIED MEDICAL SERVICES DUE TO THE INABILITY TO PAY.

Hours of Operation:

Monday through Friday
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with services available during the lunch hour.

CITY OF MIDLAND EMPLOYEE WELLNESS CLINIC

The Midland Employee Wellness Clinic is now open on a full-time basis, Monday through Friday. Sick Call for employees will start at 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. daily on a walk-in basis.  This period is reserved for employees with acute illnesses or injuries and no appointment is needed.  At 9:30 a.m. the clinic will be open for COM employees and their dependents with appointments until 12:00.  Afternoon Sick Call for employees will resume again at 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.   Normal appointments will start again at 2:00 PM and continue to 4:00 p.m.  There will be no scheduled appointments on Friday afternoons. Who’s eligible?  All City of Midland employees covered under our group health plan, both active and retired, and their dependents. Simply call 681-3191 for appointments. There is no charge for these medical services.

Where is the clinic located? The clinic shares the same location as the Health Department located at the Kingsway Shopping Center located at 3300 West Illinois. Once inside the Health and Senior Services Department simply look for the COM Wellness Clinic Sign. Remember to check in with the receptionist and have a seat in the COM Employee waiting area. 

Registration forms that may be completed prior to your arrival to speed up the process.  They are available on the City of Midland’s intranet site.

Please make sure you bring your group health plan card!
