DEPARTMENT SEARCHING FOR POLICE OFFICER CANDIDATES
The Midland Police Department is looking to fill vacancies for the position of Police Officer. On Saturday,
July 31, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. potential candidates will be tested with a physical and written examination.
All eligible applicants should report to the Midland Police Department Training Facility located at 4214 FM 307.
The requirements for the position are:
Physical Fitness Test
30 Sit Ups
25 Push Ups
1.5 Mile Run 14:46
Written Test
Persons wanting to test must bring a valid state identification card or driver's license. Candidates meeting the requirements will first take the Fitness Test. Those that pass will then take the Written Test.
