DEPARTMENT SEARCHING FOR POLICE OFFICER CANDIDATES
The Midland Police Department is looking to fill vacancies for the position of Police Officer. The next scheduled test date is Saturday, March 24, 2012 at the Midland Police Department. All potential candidates will be tested with a physical and written examination.
All eligible applicants should report to the Midland Police Department (front lobby) located at 601 N. Loraine before 9:00 AM.
The requirements for the position are:
Physical Fitness Test
30 Sit Ups
25 Push Ups
1.5 Mile Run 14:46
Written Test
Persons wanting to test must bring a valid state identification card or driver's license and wear appropriate clothing for physical fitness test.. Candidates meeting the requirements will first take the Fitness Test. Those that pass will then take the Written Test.
