WELCOME TO VENDOR SELF SERVICE (VSS)
The Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal provides vendors with a single entry point to register, update registration demographics and commodity interests, browse for solicitations and maintain an existing vendor account. A user may enter the VSS portal as a registered user or as a new user.
All vendors conducting business with the City will be required to update and maintain all information used for the notification and issuance of payment(s) in the VSS system. Vendors who want published solicitations may access the VSS website to view newly released solicitations. Click here to Log In\Register or on button below to update your information. You may email the Purchasing office at purchasing@midlandtexas.gov or call 432-685-7234 for assistance with completing this process. If you do not have access to a computer, you may visit our office at City Hall, 300 N. Loraine, Suite 220 for further assistance.
Please read the Instruction Manuals, Terms and Conditions of Use, and Forms before beginning Registration. Links to these documents are located at the bottom of this page.
ATTENTION: A form W-9 (we ONLY accept the latest form with a Revised date of December 2011) must be received by the City to finalize your registration. Email your completed form W-9 to the City of Midland's Purchasing Division at purchasing@midlandtexas.gov or send it via fax to 432-685-0523.
