PAYMENT INFORMATION
Online payments may be made with either VISA or Master Card credit/debit/check cards that do not require a PIN number.  At the present time, we cannot accept any credit/debit/check cards that require a PIN number.

Before Logging In, please note the following items:

  1. In an effort to help address litter in the City, beginning January 1, 2007, utility customers will notice a $0.50 voluntary fee on their utility bill.
  • The fee is strictly voluntary and those wishing to participate can choose to pay the extra $0.50.  Every month utility customers will have the option to contribute $0.50 to the litter abatement program.
  • If a customer does not wish to contribute $0.50, they can simply subtract $0.50 from the total amount of their utility bill.
  • The funds raised through assessment of the fee are to be used for removal of litter by contractors, education, enforcement of litter ordinances, and expenses incurred by the addition of the fee.
