The City of Midland is now offering citizens access to their utility accounts through our web site.
To Register you will need to create a PIN. Please have a copy of your current Utility Bill in front of you.
Please note your account number must be entered exactly as it appears on your utility bill including the dash. e.g. XXXXX-XXXXX
After you have created your PIN you will be able to view your current bill, payment history, consumption history, service history, or pay your utility bill.
*If you have NOT Registered and created a PIN please click the Register Button.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Online payments may be made with either VISA or Master Card credit/debit/check cards that do not require a PIN number. At the present time, we cannot accept any credit/debit/check cards that require a PIN number.
Before Logging In, please note the following items:
- Effective October 1, 2012. There will no longer be a $0.50 voluntary fee offered on their utility bill. Discontinue subtracting the fee from the total amount billed.

There is no longer a voluntary fee to be used for removal of litter by contractors, education, enforcement of litter ordinances, and expenses incurred by the addition of the fee
Attached to your utility bill is a $1.00 recycle fee.”

Why can't I log in?
- Internet Explorer Users: be sure to have all TLS options enabled. You can enable it by accessing your "Tools" tab > Internet Options > Click your "Advanced" tab > Scroll down your lists of option to find TLS 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0 and check the box to enable it > Click "Apply" > Click Ok.
- Mozilla FireFox Users: be sure to have all TLS options enabled. You can enable it by accessing your "Option" tab > Options > Click your "Advanced" tab > Find TLS 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0, and check the box to enable it > Click Ok.
