| Mayor Wes Perry addressed a crowd of more than 200 on February 23rd to deliver the 2009 State of the City Address. “Back to the Basics” is how the Mayor described the City Council’s approach prioritizing goals. The Mayor addressed issues including Infrastructure, Economic Development and the Economy, Downtown Development, and City Funding and Budgeting. |
