The City of Midland now offers several mailing lists free to the public that delivers messages and announcements that pertain to the CIty via email.
In order to use this service you need to have a working email account. An example of an internet email addresses is: janedoe@hotmail.com.
There are several free email providers available. If you do not have an email address you might consider creating one using anyone of these free providers: Google, Yahoo, Hotmail, and AOL.
