DOWNTOWN VISIONS
Want to know the latest regarding construction in Downtown Midland? The City is making it easy for residents to receive updates on the progress of Wall Street reconstruction.
Downtown Visions is an email newsletter that is sent on a monthly basis or as needed. The email contains information and pictures that residents, motorists, businesses, and downtown pedestrians, find useful.
The latest edition brings citizens up-to-date on the construction timeline and what affect the late summer rains had on the project. With the project two-thirds of the way complete, on Monday, October 23, 2006, through traffic will move to the north side of Wall Street while crews get started on the reconstruction of the south side of the roadway.
Anyone interested in receiving the Downtown Visions email can sign up online at the City of Midland website www.midlandtexas.gov . Those visiting the City website can also view the latest Downtown Visions edition.
