STATE OF THE CITY
Midland Mayor Mike Canon will present the 2007 State of the City address on Thursday, February 1, 2007, beginning at 11:30 a.m. at the Midland Center.

The event is an opportunity for residents to learn more about the City and the many projects that have recently been completed or that are in the works.  Topics will include State of the Economy, Economic Development, Workforce Recruiting Efforts, Housing Strategies, Transportation, Quality of Life, Quality Water, Public Safety, and Downtown Re-Development. 

The event is free to the public.  Lunch can be purchased for $10.  Reservations can be made by calling 685.7203.
