BURGLAR TIED TO MULTIPLE CASES
A man arrested yesterday for breaking into two vehicles at Midland College now faces further charges.

25-year-old Timothy Simmons (8-6-81) was arrested on March 22, 2007, for Theft by Repetition.  He is now being linked to ten other crimes all occurring this month.  They include:

 

Burglary of a Vehicle                                        #5 Meta Drive              3-20-07

Burglary of a Vehicle                                        #3 Meta Drive              3-19-07

Burglary of a Vehicle (x3)                                 4320 W. Illinois            3-19-07 and 3-20-07

Burglary of a Vehicle    & Credit Card Abuse   4400 N. Big Spring      3-19-07

Burglary of a Vehicle                                        4206 Loop 250 West   3-22-07

Burglary of a Vehicle                                        2100 Loop 250 West   3-19-07

Burglary of a Vehicle (x2)                                 3600 N. Garfield          3-21-07

Simmons could face charges in connection with at least another dozen Vehicle Burglary cases.  All of the crimes were committed since March 1st.
