PROMOTION
The Midland Fire Department will promote an employee to higher ranks.  A ceremony will be held on Friday, August 24, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. at the Central Fire Station.

Fire Fighter Tommy Cook will move to the rank of Fire Driver.  Cook has been with the department for 9 years. 

The media is encouraged to attend and help make this a special day for the employee and his family.
