DECK CITY HALLS WITH BOUGHS OF HOLLY
Visitors and employees alike can’t help but notice the transformation at Midland City Hall.  Employees are competing in the third annual “floor decorating” contest.  The employees on each of the six floors of City Hall have joined forces and the result will have you taking a second look!  Judging will take place on Wednesday, December 12, 2007, at 10:30 a.m.

The first floor lobby looks a lot like Santa’s village; the second floor features a Texas Christmas complete with tumbleweeds; the third floor is a collector’s dream with a tiny village; the fourth floor includes snowmen all around; and the fifth floor is a more traditional celebration with a Christmas Tree.   No word yet on the basement as judging time approaches.

Braggin’ rights, and a catered lunch party, are on the line for the winners of the contest.

The public is invited to stop by during the month of December to view the work.
