BURGLARY ARRESTS
Officers with the Midland Police Department have arrested two persons in connection with a string of residential Burglaries. 

46-year-old Jose Ernesto Flores, Jr. (2-22-61) and 44-year-old Robert Earl Berry (11-9-63) were arrested on January 14 & 15, 2008.  Others arrests are pending in connection with the crimes.

The burglaries began occurring in mid-November 2007 until recently.  The burglaries occurred in central Midland during daytime hours.  The arrests cleared 20 residential burglaries. Items recovered include jewelry, firearms, currency, DVDs, gaming consoles, televisions, and other electronics.

At this time there is still stolen property that has not been recovered.  The Midland Police Department is requesting anyone who may have received property or has information on the stolen property from these subjects to please contact the Midland Police Department at 685.7148.
