CITY HOLIDAY
The City of Midland will observe the President’s Day on Monday, February 18, 2008.
In observance of this holiday, City of Midland offices will be closed.
Garbage collection will resume on Tuesday, February 19, 2008.
Emergency personnel will work normal shifts to provide services to the community.
CDBG PUBLIC MEETINGS
The City of Midland is planning two public meetings to discuss the 2008-09 community development program. Residents are encouraged to attend one of two meetings and help in planning next year’s community development program.

CDBG funds are to be used primarily on programs and projects that benefit low and moderate-income persons. The City will receive $900,331 for the 2008/09 CDBG program.
