MISSING PERSON FOUND
A woman and her child that had not been seen by family since November 14, 2008, have been located.

22-year-old Quintessa Menesee and her 9-month-old daughter Ravyn were located in the vicinity of the Wal-Mart on north Midkiff last night. Midland Police received the missing persons report on November 15, 2008, after her mother contacted authorities to report the two missing.
