NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING
Residents of south, east, and southwest Midland are invited to attend a neighborhood meeting to help encourage neighborhood revitalization.  The meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2009, at Casa de Amigos.  The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. and last until 8:00 p.m.

City Council Members Vicky Hailey, District 2 and Jerry Morales, At-Large along with County Commissioner Luis D. Sanchez, Precinct 3 will address the issue of revitalization.  The panel will discuss streets, housing, and economic development.  They will talk about the roles of the City and County in neighborhood revitalization and what residents can do to help.

This is the second of three meetings, the first was on April 14 at Midland Freshman School and the third will be on April 28 at the MLK Community Center.
