FLU – WHAT YOU SHOULD DO
City to offer Flu Shot Clinic
Officials with the City of Midland Health Department are reminding residents of how to protect themselves and their families during this flu season.  There are four simple steps each person can take to prevent catching the disease.

  1. Get a flu shot;
  2. Wash your hand thoroughly with soap and warm water or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer;
  3. Cover your mouth with your sleeve when you cough or sneeze; and
  4. Stay home when you are sick to avoid spreading illness to co-workers and friends.

The Midland Health Department will host a Flu Shot Clinic:

Monday, September 21
8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Health & Senior Services, 3303 W. Illinois
19 years and older
$15.00 or Medicare/Medicaid
