CHRISTMAS TREE DISPOSAL LOCATIONS
The City of Midland currently has two drop off areas designated for Christmas tree disposal.

Residents are encouraged to take their trees to the following areas:

Hogan Park softball field #7, 1201 E. Wadley.  Enter off Lamesa Road by the National Guard Armory.
Recom Resource Recovery (formally Discount Materials) located at 4705 W. Industrial.

Parks and sanitation crews will pick up the trees from the Hogan Park location and haul them to the city landfill for mulching.  The mulching saves landfill space and can be used later as fertilizer.

***Disposing of trees in places besides the listed site is considered illegal dumping.
