VACCINATION CLINICS
Midland Health & Senior Services will provide FREE public vaccination clinics open to anyone who would like to receive the H1N1 vaccination.

The clinics will be held Monday thru Friday
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Midland Health & Senior Services 3303 W. Illinois, Sp 22

The disease is still present in our community and we want to prevent the spread of H1N1.

The vaccine is voluntary and will be offered on a Walk-in-basis, free of charge. Seasonal flu vaccine will not be available at the clinic.
