Street Closure
On Monday, November 8, 2010, the City of Midland Transportation Division will continue the Level-Up project.

Illinois between H Street and I Street will be closed starting Monday, November 8th, allowing workers to level up the roadway, weather permitting. Traffic will be detoured through the adjacent neighborhood.

The roadway will only be closed during the day, and will open back up to through traffic each night.

It is advised motorists who normally use Illinois between H Street and I Street during the day should use an alternate route during this time.

Please observe and obey all traffic signs and detours during this maintenance period.

The City of Midland Transportation Division will be continuing the annual Level-Up project.  It will provide protection to the driving surface of the roadway, thus creating a smoother ride for motorists.
