Scam

 

The Midland Police Department would like to inform the residents of Midland of a scam that has been reported. 

The business being reported is Smith’s Tree Service out of Amarillo, Texas.  They have overcharged for service as well as not completed the service to its customers. 

MPD would like anyone that has experienced this issue with Smith’s Tree Service to please come forward and file a police report by coming to the Midland Police Department, 601 N. Loraine, or by calling 685-7108.
