National Telecommunicators’ Week

The City of Midland would like to recognize National Telecommunicators’ Week, April 8-14, and thank the daily dedication of those that work hard every day to protect our community.  This is a chance for the residents of Midland to say thank you to its very own public safety telecommunicators’.

Public Safety telecommunicators perform the mission critical tasks behind the scenes supporting police, fire and emergency medical personnel on the street.  This week each year is a small way all we can share our gratitude for the telecommunicators who are just a phone call away in times of personal or national crisis.  They are true first responders.
