Report an Issue with SeeClickFix

SeeClickFix is our new 311 program that provides you with report tracking capabilities and a streamlined process for submitting requests.

1. Select the issue or request category from the drop-down menu to view additional options. 
2. Choose the location where the issue is situated. 
3. Complete the form with the necessary information, and review your request to ensure all information is accurate. 
4. Submit your request; you will receive a confirmation number and can sign up to track your request.
