COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING AND PARADE DATES ANNOUNCED BY CITY OF MIDLAND PARKS AND RECREATION DIVISION.
Mistletoe Market and Tree Lighting: Tuesday, November 28, 2023
The City of Midland Parks and Recreation Divisions, in partnership with Centennial Park, is excited to ring in the holiday season with the inaugural Mistletoe Market and annual Tree Lighting on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. Mistletoe Market is from 5 pm - 9 pm. There will be plenty of shopping with over 30 vendors, food trucks, pictures with Santa, entertainment, and the annual community Christmas tree lighting at 6:30 pm.
Jingle Bell Jubilee Christmas Parade: Saturday, December 9, 2023
The tradition of the Lighted Christmas Parade continues Saturday, December 9, 2023. The theme is Jingle Bell Jubilee. The parade route will travel "A" Street from Windlands Park to Midland High School. View the parade and snap some pictures with Santa at Wadley-Barron Park.
Registration is open until Thursday, December 7, 2023.
All entries must attend one of the Float Captain’s Meetings held on Thursday, November 30, Monday, December 4, or Thursday, December 7 at 6:00 p.m. at MLK Jr Community Center, 2300 Butternut Lane.
