Field Reservation Procedures

This page provides information on reserving fields for tournaments, league games, and practices within the city. Whether you’re a sports association, tournament organizer, or a team looking for practice space, we’ve outlined the guidelines for field availability and booking.

Field Reservations

Fees

  • Artificial Turf - $75/hr
  • Grass - $25/hr
  • Lights - $25/hr
  • Game Cleaning - $75/field

Requirements

  • Turf field reservation must be made at least 48 hours advance.
  • Grass field reservation must be made at least 24 hours advance.

Games

  • Games can be reserved up to 180 days in advance.
  • A $75/field cleaning fee is applied to all game reservations
  • $100/field refundable deposit is applied to all game turf field reservations.

Practices

  • Practices can be reserved up to 90 days in advance.
  • Practice fields can only be reserved one field per team per day. If a team rents multiple fields through different people, then all reservations will be cancelled, and money refunded.

Tournaments

  • Available: 365 days in advance
  • Fill out a tournament request form for each location you need at theMidland reservation portal
  • A contract for the tournament must be completed; requiring insurance, deposit, and bracket to finalize booking.
  • Fees:
    • $35/team (soccer/football tournament requires $500/field minimum)
    • $150/field cleaning
    • $100/field deposit
