Our Mission

We are committed to proactively serving the citizens of Midland by ensuring compliance with the City's Codes and Ordinances. These regulations are designed to enhance the quality of life by ensuring a cleaner, safer, and more attractive community. By upholding these standards, we can help reduce vandalism, deter crime, and preserve property values, creating a thriving environment for all. 

Primary Responsibilities

• Respond to citizen reports of code violations received via phone, mail, in-person, and electronic submissions through SeeClickFix
• Proactively patrol Midland's streets and alleys to ensure compliance with city codes and ordinances related to health, safety, and aesthetics
• Investigate reported violations and collaborate with private property owners to achieve compliance when issues are identified

Report a Code Violation

Report a code violation by calling 432-685-7410 or completing our online form SeeClickFix. You will be asked to include the address of the violation, the nature of the concern, and if you would like to be contacted.

To pay a Lien for Cleaning Property please send a check to City of Midland, Attn: Accounts Receivable, 300 N Loraine, Midland, TX 79702 with a copy of Lien for Cleaning Property Payoff.
